What will your responsibilities be?
As a Disability Support Worker, your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality personal care and support to individuals with disabilities. What qualifications and qualities are we looking for?

Having experience or a background in disability support, nursing, or a related field will be beneficial. Additionally, we are seeking individuals with the following qualities:

Patience and resilience: the capacity to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, adapting to the needs and preferences of those you care for.

Flexibility and adaptability: a willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure consistent support and care.
